Private Dance Lessons

Private dance instruction is provided by appointment only at the YMCA in Salisbury and Gold's Gym in Ocean City for singles, couples, or small private groups. Private lessons are 55 minutes long and taught on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in Salisbury, MD, and Monday afternoons in Ocean City, MD. The cost depends on the number of people taking the lesson. Please contact Alice for additional information or if you are interested in scheduling a private lesson.

With private lessons, the student(s) decides what dances, steps, and/or techniques to learn. You can:

	Choose a dance and concentrate on that one for a few weeks, or choose several dances and learn some basic steps in each dance every week.
	Learn a specific choreography for a special dance (e.g. your first dance at your wedding)
	Reinforce what was taught in a group class
	Focus on dance technique
	Move at a pace that is just right for you!
	Admission to monthly ballroom dances for current private lesson students is discounted to $10 per person. Click here for more information about dances.

*Private Lesson Rates:

$55 per 55-minute lesson (1 or 2 students)
$66 per 55-minute lesson (3 or 4 students)
$15 per person per 55-minute lesson (5 or more students)

*There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you need to cancel a previously scheduled lesson, please call in advance (301-502-4344) to avoid being charged for the lesson.
